More Company Info. & Strategies: Annual Stock Holders Meeting is July 7/97 in Toronto You can call Bruce (Investor Relations) at (416) 943-0011 for details. Management controls about 30% of Outstanding shares. 70% of Outstanding shares are 'put away' - (NOT free trading - this includes the 30% owned by management) This leaves only 30% of outstanding shares that are free trading. Therefore there is approximately 4,853,400 shares that are in the open market. My opinion: I would not want to be short this stock at these levels(or if I were I would be buying it back very quickly). We could see a good pop leading up to shareholders meeting. The private placement will probably be anounced at that time. Any opinions ??
