I like it, too, Spiney. Certainly looks good as a business strategy, and kind to shareholders in terms of avoiding dilution.

But, as for Thanksgiving Dinner, I'm wondering if there's anyway I can become a temporary American citizen. The risk of having to down one of my crows might at least be delayed if I could give thanks on November 25 instead of October 11. We'll see next week if the market takes more notice of this deal.

And, Stephen, I say my crows can out-rock-us yours any day of the week, especially if we're talking 4.30 in the morning!...ba/
