Here's a company without a product, or a process for making the product, or a proven market for the product if they ever develop it. The principals of the company and its primary developer/supplier are brothers, and there have been a number of other 'fake' diamond processes over the years that have disappeared. How would you value a compnay in this circumstance? AA
