More questions and my opinion only... Is there a transfer Agent? Yes there is ... I talked to Mathew personally ... Mamouth Stock Company in NJ ... Are you aware of an article in the "Mining Stock Digest' (April '99) No but I will try to locate it and get a fax on it. I will then OCR it and post it. Do you know where the company's charter is registered? No, but I will ask for a copy of the registration to be faxed to me. I believe I was told by the consultant it was a Delaware company that was registered this year sometime but I cannot rememeber the month. I believe it was a lucky mines or something like that and when it reverse merged into the MMDL shell it changed the ticker to ORXX and the company name to Orex also. I will get what I can on this. I do not see the importance of this because in order for NAIB to come on as a MM the 15c211 being filled out by the company would have to have all this information on it. Do you know the stock that will be issued for this acquistion closing soon? Yes ... I was informed 10M shares at an aggregate of $30,000,000.00 for an ANMSC of $3.00 a share restricted for 2 years. Have you spoken with one of the JV companies? Yes, I talked to a Person named Gordon and the Due Diligence is in fact done I was told. Again the gold is not the key but the silica. Look folks I have only been DDing this one for a few days and I am not a company IR or rep in anyway. Greg or Warren would be happy to answer your questions. Now I do not mind but do not take my word for anything DO YOUR OWN DD PLEASE! This thread is just a starting piont for your DD.
