Insider trading shows the chairman sold 13,500 shares from 3-20 to 3-31 at an average price of $5.20 I would say he is pretty good at picking these peaks in the stock price. To add more news there is a form 144 for an "affiliated" person to sell 55,000 shares. Who might that be???
