It sure would be convenient timing, Brad. I am relieved that this can be explained by these conversions and sales. I feel it is a problem with the supply of stock offered and not a problem with the company which is what I was gambling on as I bought this AM. I appreciate your posts. Must hit the books as a test is on the way. Pretty difficult stuff this time around :o)! BENNETT
