I can think of several ways, just not sure how much the TA would put up with... One way I think it could be handled would be to phase the warrants issued... That is issue the warrants in 4 sessions of 25% of each persons total warrants, and make the warrants immediately redeemable... But my two favorite ideas would have to be: 1. A Monthly Lottery 2. Alphabetical Order
