It is a worse postion to live with than the worst of what the "Clinton haters" believed. Very, very true. Question: have you ever believed the US gov't capable of such things? Project Northwoods, for example. In this recently declassified memo, the JCS recommends starting terrorist incidents in the US, shooting civilians, sinking boats, hijacking aircraft etc., and blaming them on Cuba as a pretext for war. That's treason, and JFK nixed it. But it's part of history. Question: Do you think that plan was unique? Considering no one was taken out and shot for recommending such a plan, I rather doubt it. ratical.org gwu.edu
