MSFT's mention is interesting. They've announced an "XP" web-friendly version of Windows, focused on the ability to download music and pictures, as well as transferring pictures to photo shops for completion.

MSFT's also touting a future home-networking server based on Windows 2000. Delivery seems to be a ways off, but that might use NTAP's cache and smaller storage products. Maybe Web-TV needs local storage for the downloads (music and TV) once MSFT gets its hands on DirecTV? PDA, sound systems, etc.
