Will,

Looks like Falconbridge has more than SUF for a jv partner on the northern limb of the Bushveld. There appears to be potential for base metal deposits in addition to PGM targets as well. I wonder if a base metal deposit was discovered by Amplats while exploring their land holdings north and south of the Sandsloot mine and news of a discovery has leaked out? If so, there should also be potential for PGM rich massive nickel-copper sulphide deposits on SUF's holdings on the northern limb of the BIC too? I would think that the massive sulhide deposits would be "ponded" in depressions under the PGM rich breccia zones. Perhaps someone attending the annual meeting would be kind enough to make some enquiries in this regard. Thanks.

Junior Mining Companies in South Africa Have Major Potential

.......
The other main thrust of the company(Thabex) is its joint venture with Falconbridge to explore and assess the mineral potential of its Potgietersrus Town and Townlands' prospecting rights. New geological analysis of the northern limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex indicates potential base metal massive sulphide deposits, other than the known Platreef occurrence. The total mineral area has now been increased to 1,456 hectares and Falconbridge is currently assessing data from its initial exploration work to decide on drilling targets.....
