But low pes offer protection, dont they? And until rates go up building should be ok, no? At 5 and 6 time earnings, those earnings would need to be cut in half for stock to get 12xpe. I think thats neffs point. As far as citibank goes the SSB brokerage connection is likely not to rebound as fast making C not as attractive as last time when neff bought it. mike
