Which brings us to the topic of the old Swedish prospector who used to bring the geologists of Canamax* rock from the field from his "discoveries". Most of the times the rocks were your typical gold veins with a respectable assay, but the superlatives the prospector inveighed were always of the grandiose sort. "Was it a big vein"? the Canamax geo would query. "Vas it eve-ah-ah beeg", the old prospector would say. was it long? "Vas it ev-ah-ah long"

Every query was met with another rhetorical query invoking the dimensions of incredulity the better to get interest. But usually the Canamax people would politely decline. The old Swede persisted, but finally asked the geos exactly what they were looking for, as they did not seem interested in anything he had to offer. They averred that the primary focus of the company was in large, low grade deposits.

Off went the Swede to return one day with what he said was just the ticket.

The geo again queried.

"Was it large..?"

"Vas it eva-ah-ha large!..", he enthusiastically responded.

"And low grade, we take it?"

"Vas it ev-ah-ah low!" came he reply.

Large and low grade was what he sought and you could not get larger and lower grade than what he found.
