Latest on NetZero which I've been drueling over is they are placing 10mil shares wiht 100mil total. If this prices an $15 it would be 1.5bil overnight. I like the concept here but 5-7mil had been a max for good ipo's for us. BN.com is a great example of what can happen with too many shares. It take a lot to move slugs.

Looking at WWF, they are trying raise 172mil! If that one priced at $17 they would have to have 10mil shares too. Arghhh, underwriters are trying to slip one by us by lowering the prices but increasing the shares.

Do we still thing these to can fly with such big floats? They will have great underwriters, currently hot business models, leaders of their niche, and lots of hype!
