NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 2000--Constellation 3D, Inc. ("C3D''
or the "Company'') (OTC Bulletin Board: CFMD - news) announced today that
it will host a press conference during Comdex week at which it will
demonstrate a prototype video playback unit based on its Fluorescent
Multilayer Disc (FMD) disc.

The press conference, to be held at the Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas on
November 16, 2000, will consist of an FMD videodisc demonstration,
followed by a press briefing and technical Q & A session.
