Just so you know, I was actually born in Switzerland, am not an American, and am married to a woman from the defunct DDR, so I'm completely aware of how overblown Americans opinions are of themselves and their economy, although I should say that it's really the press and politicians who are the chief villains in this regard.It's true that those pesky Scandinaves are really just being discovered here. On the other hand Europeans are always looking for ways to downplay American dominance, economic and cultural, and one has has to be careful to make sure one is seeing things the way they really are..Don't have more time..
