At any rate he will in the absence of Federal prosecution he will be prosecuted for Murder by the State of Arkansas.

Does Arkansas have a death penalty?

In light of disclosures that he planned this and may have planned more widespread mayhem, is there a possibility of an aggravated first degree murder charge that could result in the death penalty?
