You responded to: Can you tell the thread why the TA rejected the 144 shares that Wellrich procured from shareholders that purchased their 144 stock through Wellrich? Your response: Excuse me: Jeff, who's now gone out to dinner, already explained that. The TA can't deal with 144 shares right now. Why not? Because AZNT is delinquent in its SEC filings. Ask Carolyn. Well now, that is confusing. The rejection of the shares was supposed to have occurred prior to this past Monday. This past Monday is the day Jeff said the TA became aware of the filings not being current. So how could that be the reason for the rejection? Can you explain this?
