They're buying routers from ASND, ATM switches from CSCO and selling LMCS radios to NN.

You think that's startling, you should see how much they're losing on their ADSL "wins." Everything they've done has been at huge losses. They finally backed out of the DT competition because the discounts were so steep. ECI and ORCTF are both doing them at losses.

IMHO, ALA is sweeping some of its shortfalls under an Oriental rug.
