Oh bummer! Are the people imprisoned at Gitmo prisoners of war? If they are would it be correct to imprison them in criminal prisons with hardened criminals rather than prisoning them in prison of war compounds governed by military codes.? Seems like it would be or should be a gross violation of past conduct of war agreements to me. I don't remember other prisoners of war ever being imprisoned in criminal institutions prior to this. Another thing is prisoners of war should not be interrogated. They should just be asked name, rank, and serial number.
