Uncle Clive, Based on the copy of the Canadian Search Warrant you posted, I would have to agree Starnet and/or employees have broken Canadian laws. As to remedies, the end result will probably cost Amber her job as a CSR, following admission of guilt by the company, payment of a minuscule fine, commitment to prevent reoccurrance and then business as usual!

PlayStar Corporation learned their lesson a couple of years ago and departed Canada for reorganization in St. John's Antigua and Starnet may do likewise perhaps to the Isle of Man.

World Wide Web Casinos and Intersphire both had similar problems within the United States. So, the message may be if your in the Internet gambling business: "Get the hell out of North America"!
