Because he has enough options which he can excercise "to make me very happy, I believe were his words. This is common among insiders, what we'll see is Sheppard exercise his X hundred thousand options when the price gets to 5 say. This doesn't bother me in the slightest. Knowing Stein owns a million and a half ( which is about 10 percent and was (roughly 30 percent) before dilution is plenty. In other words there are insiders who have both great interest to see this through, who have a lot at stake personally. That's all that matters. Joe, thanks in advancefor your hard work. I can't help but think word about this stock will spread like wild fire in the next few days/weeks. What a gem, and with such potential. We shall see. jp
