Ken, I agree, float is critical IMO, look at TWE that IPO'd recently, solid company with strong fundamentals, big time underwriters pimping the deal but it has a 42M float and about 250k avg daily volume, will take a tidal wave of heavy buying pressure to move significantly - as a result the stock has fizzled.

Thats why IPO's like BGST - 2M float, EELN - 3.5M float, and MDCM - 7.1M float really stand out from the rest... hype alone can move these issues.
