Brian, the analyst downgrades of AMAT came in 4Q2000 and 1Q2001 investorshub.com As late as August 2000 Cahners-Instat published a story titled "Nothing but blue Skies Ahead". I wish I had saved it. They finally removed it from their web site. Gottfried
