dybdahl, Seems like Linux is continuing to proliferate. Talked with someone at lunch today who actually bought one of those $249 Linux machines from Frye's this weekend. Someone else is going to buy one for his son to mess around with. Isn't that like only $50 over the price of WindowsXP alone? Another of our Windows boxes fell to Linux today, it has the new Mandrake 8.2 now. Spoke with a chip design consultant who said that last week they installed their first Linux box... Also spoke with someone who is going to reuse their old Win95 box as an Linux X10 controller for their house. The momentum is obviously building and is limited only by the number of apps, which keeps increasing. Cheers, Norm
