Elizabeth - I think you must be right in principle - can't see Barrick walking into a deal which would leave it in a minority position. But as regards the RFR, don't you think that this would have to be divulged by ARP in its public filings - because it is a 'material fact'. I'm getting the company package in the mail - I will look through SEDAR if I have time to see what else might be there. E
