Check the SNRS 10K, it notes that Summit has a holmium laser system,
but that SNRS believes that it may violate certain of Sunrise's patents. Furthermore, they believe that their laser is superior and
currenly none of the Company's competitors is currently engaged in the United States in clinical trials to approve their LTK devices for treating hyperopia.
