BBGI -- just did a bond offering -- $300 MILLION fully subscribed. I really dont understand how this stuff works and have no clue how much ownership common shareholders have. I'm guessing 100% so long as the company doesnt default and makes good on its payments to bondholders. Their market cap is under $30 million Bot some more today. PROFILE
