Do an advanced search for "FSP" as Grommit listed cash flows. I also posted some observations and link to their property holdings.

My strategy is/has been to sell some of my other REITs (LXP was one) and put that into FSP. Many of these undervalued REITs are Mall properties, probably the last to rebound so the value (to me) is in their real estate.

The biggest thing that popped out to me was FSP low Debt/Equity (much lower than MAC).

Positions remain small so limited 'portfolio' exposure.
