David, I like the following sentence : "Since then just two clumsy products have appeared, one from Ericsson." That's what I have been talking about previously too. I think the battle is over for Symbian. I think the reason for this is that the US is no doubt the best software maker in the world. Japanese and European are just not very good at softwares - if not outright terrible. Palm is a software company and it seems to be hitting the sweat spots every time. The only great European software firm is SAP - but deep down it is just a massive convoluted integration system - nothing original. Mang
