Jim and SSP, does this now make KAHI qualify for the Golden Lists? ragingbull.altavista.com what I find VERY interesting here is, and think that KAHI qualifies is: A) that here it is October 5th, and the (company sponsored) Website was obviously up at least on October 4th. B) The 3rd Quarter officially ended Saturday, September 30th. C) The CEO has announced (via the company website kaireholdings.com and kaireholdingsinc.com ), that he will participate in a LIVE chat with shareholders on November 13, the day that the COMPANY says, they will release 3rd quarter earnings. Note, Steven Westlund despite several requests by shareholders to do so again, has not participated in a live chat since the one last December. D) The filing deadline for the 3rd Quarter earnings isn't actually due by the SEC until November 15th, and in the past KAHI has ALMOST ALWAYS filed for extentions. Yet, here they are, saying they plan on filing their 3rd Quarter filings with the SEC 2 DAYS EARLY, from when the SEC's deadline is! Now (and this just pure SPECULATION on my part here), .... hmmm ... I smell that perhaps they have ACTUALLY did it ... did what they promised, and the 3rd quarter came perhaps did indeed, come in at a profit! --------- Voyager
