Repost from the RB:

Important Post.

As you all know we/you have brought CVIA back to life and have turned it from smoking ruins, into a viable company. As you will see from the upcoming SEC filings (10k etc etc.) That is the good news. But there comes a downside with our new found success.

As you are also aware we have been preparing to re-submit AHCD SB2 filings. So we have been working closely with Auditors an SEC attorney. The attorney made a very valid and astute point that concerns us all, one that I and the BoD happen to reluctantly agree with. Basically we all know that the SEC went through some major rule changes at the first of the year, some that directly affect CVIA and some that could in the future.

Basically as a CEO of a public company, if I continue to post on any internet public medium, CVIA assumes a large risk and potential liability (s). One that I don?t think any of the investors, management or the directors of CVIA want to assume. We live in a lawsuit crazy and overly regulated world, the SEC attorney has advised us that continue internet posting is not in CVIA or our shareholders best interest for myself or Craig Trieber (TUL13) to continue posting. As the company grows and achieves the long over due success, it could become a target for any number of nasty issues. Basically I don?t think the shareholders? And I know for sure the management certainly does not want to risk the new found success and nearly two years of work over an internet post. So the time has come and it is in the company?s best interest that we stop posting.

I know this will probably upset some of our shareholders and that is to be expected. I am personally not happy about it either. Just so that you know I do not agree with the internet being singled out for a governmental vendetta, I have always been a strong believer of freedom of speech and communication. Especially considering the regulators and lawyers do little or nothing to enforce restricted Corporate conference calls, where analysts can participate but not shareholders, or shareholders cannot ask the needed questions of management during these calls, this includes radio and TV appearances where not all the shareholders can participate in questions to the management and management can basically say anything they want via an approved, sanatized script.

The internet is no different than these other mediums. I think the internetintimadates Government entities, Corporations and lawyers, because they do not know what to do about this new medium, nor do they have absolute control of it. So it is a lot easier to impose obtuse outdated mandates as opposed to just letting right and wrong decisions of matters be decided by individuals... pro or con any issue or stock. In my opinion its more of a control of information issue than protecting ?victims? investors or who-ever ? because anyone with a keyboard and Internet access can post whatever they want? not just about stocks. Americans are spending less time in front of the TV and more time online thinking and debating via the internet, now that is a scary thought to some people isn?t it? But of course this is just my opinion.

With that said, CVIA made its turnaround on the internet, it brought the investors together and it accomplished a lot of good things for a lot of people? you guys deserve that, this was always, the intent from the very start. Those of you that where, here before the 300 to 1 reverse split were pioneers of Information empowerment and I suspect will have some great stories to tell in the future.

So this is my last post regarding CVIA, because the success of this company is here and it is now. I do not want to jeopardize either your investment, all this success and work that has gone into getting the company to this point, as always it is better to prevent a problem, than fix it after the fact... which is what this post is all about. You will see what I mean in the upcoming days and weeks. We will be expediting the design of CVIA.Com and will be posting weekly updates and we are looking at weekly (toll free) conference calls and the shareholders will continue to have access to us all.

I am still going to be on the net reading watching and considering suggestions? I might even post from time to time, not about business though? I guess fishing, cars and life in general aren?t off limits yet.

You all take very good care of yourselves and just remember nothing has changed except we now are going to have to start acting like all the rest of the public companies.
