(1 Cor 2:14 NIV) "The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned."
The natural man has no spiritual insight, therefore he can't see spiritual things.
The natural man has no spiritual knowledge, therefore he cann't understand spiritual things.
(John 14:17 NIV) "the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you."
(John 14:18 NIV) "I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you."
(John 14:19 NIV) "Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live."
Only those who have been born by the Spirit of God by the receiving of that same Holy Spirit can see and understand the things of God.
