Thanks maxn, I appreciate your response.

My question was prompted by an e-mail from Toronto Dominion about CIBC and the volume on the TSX, Canadian markets. Will they take any notice of impending US legislation ? Maybe I'm way off-base to imagine this activity affecting our junior specs which should be under the radar of big US traders. Time will tell.
