you are delusional. It is obvious that all the beaurocracy added to FEMA under homeland security is the primary cause of this mess. FEMA under Clinton was lean and mean, and the response to the Mississippi floods and CA earthquakes were pretty good. It took a special level of incompetancy to actually undermine what small relief was coming in to LA on tues-thursday, but the current FEMA under Brown managed to do it. Brown really appears like an idiot on tv too. A lot of "I was not aware" and "we were just notified of...." On THURSDAY.
