Hello:

I trade with Etrade also. If you want to trade at lower levels, you have to call in the trade. There is no additional fee for this, as you can not use the web site for these trades. I have found that they are pretty good about getting through and placing the trade. It usually takes me about 5 minutes to get through and complete the trade. It is a bit longer than if you were able to just do into on line, but that is the best they can do at this time.
