Howie, There is a lot out there on Ballard, and this is a good time to ask because it looks like a lot of years of Ballard R&D are about to pay off, but fuel cells, let alone Ballard cells, replacing the ICE is a bit of wishful thinking in the near term and while not the panacea for all vehicle or static applications, the potential of this environmentally friendly technology is tremendous. I would suggest that you ask for their annual report that came out just to-day. It will bring you up to speed and you can join us on this thread. Fuel cell technology is exciting and there is a race underway as to who is going to catch the wave.
