TMGS PRESS RELEASES : The Murdock Group Holding Company, Inc.* (OTC-BB: TMGS), announced today that its Internet affiliate, CareerWebSource, has contracted to build full-service career centers for over 500 high schools in Alabama, Texas, Hawaii and Utah. Sept. 12th The Murdock Group Holding Company (OTC Bulletin Board: TMGS), announced today that the Company is continuing to restructure its operations and diversifying its holdings and corporate focus. This will allow the company to reduce debt and to add additional acquisitions and operating divisions. Presently, Murdock Group holdings include Career Development, Real Estate Division and an Internet subsidiary. The restructuring includes negotiating with creditors and refinancing existing debt on its real estate holdings to improve cash flow and increase profitability. Sept. 7th The Murdock Group Career Satisfaction Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TMGS), announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the request to change the name of the Company to The Murdock Group Holding Company. With this, the Company will diversify its holdings and corporate focus to include additional acquisitions and divisions.
