Looks like the Oslo markets were impressed with the company conference call. New SDRL 52 week high, with large volume on the Oslo exchange. I thought a stand out comment was on new build pricing @ 2005 prices. If you're going to leverage up the balance sheet, and have the ability to leverage( and Mr. Fredriksen's savy), now is the time to be doing it, imo. Of course, as mentioned others are doing it as well and a lot of high spec rigs will be hitting the market in a few years.
