Ben--I shorted HPRT yesterday. Picked it up as a high flyer and researched. I was appalled, horrid financials, it has declining revenue and profits and very significantly so. I don't hold much faith in any buy out of such a company. I was off line and missed a chance to hit it harder. I think it is a good short but I have sure been wrong before. All the Best Druss
