I don't have any substantiated evidence to verify my numbers, however, if they are still reporting revenue when it gets shipped to the channel, then I would assume the channel would have pre-ordered thousands of copies as is the case with any new release. I think in the past Corel got itself in trouble because it would stuff the channel at the end of the product life cycle and as a result nothing would move. I think with any new release the risk of clearing new inventories would be minimal. With this assumption in mind, I think the possiblity exists that Corel could post revenues of 75 million!! perhaps my previous estimation of 85 million was a little aggressive, but it would be nice!! If they did report revenues of 75 million what do you predict the expenses for the quarter would be?
