that is not control.. it is mismanagement. my wife was on hospice for over 2 1/2 years.. great as long as aetna paid the huge bills,, as soon as she went on medicare they tried to drop her. Sent two doctors out to exam her and recertify her. The payments dropped substantially from aetna payments to what medicare would pay. the outfit was running in the red and new director was charged to turn it around. Certainly, they are losing money covering medicare patients.

you do not control costs or services by refusing to give it to them. you abuse those who require the finest medical attention and cannot find it.
