Dear JXCXJX: Please review the latest 10K. Company LOST over 2,000,000. In fact they have apparently never made any money and received a GOING CONCERN opinion meaning the Company may not survive. The 1 1/2 million you refer to is GROSS REVENUE not EARNINGs. I am not trying to be mean here, I just want people to understand this is a very SPECULATIVE company. Everyone seems to feel that the founder can do as he pleases. IMHO he is desperate and will jump at any deal to save the company, not the other way around. Keep your eyes open on this one. JDN
