Thanks, Betty, I always enjoy your links. Besides the oversold indication of biotechs, one thing jumps out, and that is the overbought condition of the utilities. I have been doing an analysis of money movements, have only found the time to study 10 years of data so it is not fair to form a definitive conclusion, but so far my study suggests that the so called "smart money" knows when to move out the regular sector and into utilities. This move usually happens just before a correction. I would be curious how the astrotechnicals view the next couple of months, between Aug and end of Oct.
