Final Duad at 3:26 EST, so the window closed (presumably locking in whatever effect the D had) at 3:47. Bummers, these late-session Duads.
Actually, though, you should go have a look at "Today's Action" at Arcanum (well, he hasn't posted the real today's yet, I think he does it after 8 EST). It's absolutely eerie how often major market moves coincide with the Ds and Ns. Trouble is, they aren't necessarily reversals, so you've got to be able to figure out what'll happen. I think that's why he does the thing with the ticks/OEX divergence.
