Gary, Thanks for chiming in. Are the chips part of the raw material for the cards? Or are they entirely separate items? When Sandisk makes their cards, do they buy chips from companies like AMD and Fujitsu, or do they make their own entirely? I have to say I am more than a little embarrassed that I have held stock in this company for years and don't know the answer to these questions, the most elementary details of their production process. I've always simply taken them for granted, investing in the idea of flash without getting into the nitty gritty. Tia, Sam
