So that means at least 11% have, and they are not upgrading or seeking alternatives. How many of these were considering this action two years ago? Will the licensing policy become more popular as time goes on? Doubtful. At some point the recurring nature of the licensing policy will cross paths with the growing viability of one of the alternatives and a switch will be made.
