If we are hit like Russia, this will change. I hate to say this, but I think you're wrong. And here's exactly why: Our PC was one of the reasons for 911. We were not profiling. I am not sure we would have stopped them getting on the planes, but we didn't even try. And we are still letting them board with little problem. I have to say I believe there is just too much perversity of purpose at work in this country now. There might be an initial groundswell for change, but before it could be translated into anything effective, it would be steadily eroded by naysayers and those who do not want this country to protect itself even from routine terrorist attacks within its own borders. That situation would be a state of Nirvana for some. I would never have believed this 4 years ago, but now I know they're out there.
