This is a repeat of a previous post of mine.While I was a consultant at ICMX (for newcomers this is the company Systems of Excellence Acquired to begin their desk top video fraud) I watch Bob Dutton prepare exoport documents for the shipment of pharmaceuticals to 3rd world countries. As I remember these drugs were characterized as "expired" This laborious paper work done by Dutton was in support of Gen Secord. Some how the name American Recovbery sticks in my memory but this could be wrong..In any event its hard to track Secord and his business activities. But he just popped up again as the President of CTI (OTC COII) His press releases as well as the press releases from ADGI sound very familiar when compared to SEXI's bu-------. Large foreign orders that a potential investor could not possibly verify-vague references to trial shipments etcetcetc. Just the same story over and over with a bit more sophistication each time. I have looked into the Thermal Imaging technology and its use in medical applications and find it is not at all new. The real question is what value added did CIT bring to this field. Wish I had the phone number of the hospital in Thailand where one of the systems is supposed to have been installed last year. Why did CTI have to goso far away from home. Couldn't they get any facility in the U.S. to try it out???
