Meniscal transplantation is not wroking well on a human to human basis. Whether or not a bovine to human transplant will work is very much up in the air. Both this application as well as the stem cell studies are very far from human applications and extremely far from any form of acceptance in our community. BINX technology currently REPAIRS the meniscus you have in your knee. They are not, to my knowledge involved in tissue regeneration research, but ..... one never knows .
