Try to relax. The company still has some value. With 0ver 20 million in cash and no debt, and with a little less than 10 million shares outstanding, it has a basic value roughly around 2. (I just hope the money doesn't disappear in the next few weeks.) The company isn't down because of fraud. The company isn't bankrupt. It's down because of bad luck and maybe because of incompetence.

Business conditions may change in the future making their product more attractive, but it is more likely someone will scoop up their assets, their personnel, their name, and their cash. Since people are still buying their stock at $3, even after the news, it may be we'll see some sort of buy out in this range. I hope for much higher, of course, but it is sometimes funny how an entity can be worth more to another organization than as an independent firm. It works the other way too.

Anybody have any guesses on how much TSNG is worth?
